Walnut Brownie Mix

Chocolate Overload Cookies

1, 17 oz  package Ghirardelli Walnut Brownie Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup Ghirardelli Classic White Chips
1/2 cup Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Ghirardelli Walnut Brownie Mix, butter and egg in large bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed 1-1 1/2 minutes or until dough forms. Add chips and continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen, 2 1/2-inch cookies.
