Double Chocolate Brownie Mix

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Prepare 1, 20 oz package or 1 pouch Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix as directed. Spoon batter into 12 lightly greased or paper-lined standard size muffin cups. Press one (0.6 oz) peanut butter cup candy into center of each muffin cup. Bake at 325°F 25-30 minutes. Chop 12 additional peanut butter cup candies. Sprinkle each brownie cup with chopped peanut butter cups. Cool thoroughly before removing brownies from the pan.
