Double Chocolate Brownie Mix

Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Cookies

1, 20 oz  package or 1 pouch Ghirardelli Double Chocolate
  Brownie Mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter candy pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, place Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, butter and egg. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed 1 minute or until dough is formed. Add peanut butter candy pieces and continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen, 2 1/2-inch cookies.
