Double Chocolate Brownie Mix

Brownie Sundae
1, 20 oz package or 1 pouch Ghirardelli Double Chocolate
Brownie Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, blend together Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, oil, water and egg. Stir until moistened (about 40 strokes). Spoon batter into lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake 23-25 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream and hot fudge sauce or your favorite ice cream toppings, if desired.
Makes 24, 2-inch brownies.
Variations:
• Prepare as directed, sprinkling 1 cup chocolate chips over batter before baking.
• Substitute the following for chocolate chips: 1 cup peanut butter chips, 1 cup white chips, 1 cup mint chips, 1 cup crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup candy coated mini chocolate baking bits or 1/2 cup coarsely chopped toffee bars.
