Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix

Brownie Easter Eggs
Brownie:
1, 18.75 oz package Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme
Brownie Mix (1 pouch brownie mix and 1 pouch chocolate
syrup)
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3-4 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F. For Brownie: In medium bowl, stir together Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix, water, oil, egg and chocolate syrup until moistened (about 40 strokes). Spoon batter into lightly greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake 28-32 minutes. Allow brownie to cool completely. Using a 2 1/2 inch egg shaped cookie cutter, cut 15 egg shaped brownies. For Frosting: Place powdered sugar and butter in medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed 1-2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Frost and decorate brownie shapes as desired.
Makes 15 eggs.
